1. Agreement to Terms By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the refund policy, as well as any additional terms, guidelines, or rules applicable to specific services or features that we may provide.

The content we provide is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. The information presented is specific to its application in the US. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to abide by the laws and restrictions that exist in the location in which they choose to apply the information.
3. Registration and Access To access our services, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

5. Refunds: This is a live event and experience and thus is none refundable for any reason.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel your purchase of this live event or experience. While we do not offer refunds for this non-refundable experience, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and offer a one-time courtesy to attend another live event if you are unable to attend the original one.
Please note that due to the nature of digital products, we cannot control usage or the information provided in the product. Therefore, we regret to inform you that refunds cannot be issued for digital products.
5.1 Mentorship refund policy:
Please note that our mentorship program is a commitment for both the client and the mentor. Our mentor makes time for the whole duration to work closely with you and provide personalized guidance to help you achieve your goals. Due to the limited availability of this service, the commitment required by the mentor, and foregone opportunities in mentoring other serious individuals, we have a no refund policy.
We understand that circumstances may change, but please understand that our mentorship program is a limited service, only available to select individuals who are committed to making progress in Real Estate. If for any reason you are unable to continue with the program, we will work with you to find a mutually agreed-upon solution and work within your schedule
6. Intellectual Property The content we provide is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, copy, distribute, or modify our content without our prior written consent.
